The Management Committee comprises of 7 members and 1 ex-officio member
representing:
School Principal (1), School VET Coordinators (2), Training
Providers (1), Industry representatives (1) and Trainer (1). The Chairperson and INAP Traing and Developing Provider make up the final 2 positions on the committee.
The role of the Management Committee is:
- To ensure the Program meets legal requirements and social
obligations
- To set the strategic direction of the Program
- To set the appropriate culture for the Program to achieve its
goals
- To put in place control and accountability mechanisms for the
management of staff and operations, including financial
controls
- To review and drive performance and development of the
committee itself
The Management Committee meets every 6 weeks.
