INAP - Management Committee

The Management Committee comprises of 7 members and 1 ex-officio member representing:

School Principal (1), School VET Coordinators (2), Training Providers (1), Industry representatives (1) and Trainer (1). The Chairperson and INAP Traing and Developing Provider make up the final 2 positions on the committee.

The role of the Management Committee is:

To ensure the Program meets legal requirements and social obligations
To set the strategic direction of the Program
To set the appropriate culture for the Program to achieve its goals
To put in place control and accountability mechanisms for the management of staff and operations, including financial controls
To review and drive performance and development of the committee itself

The Management Committee meets every 6 weeks.
